As the company continues to expand across Europe, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support our growth. This role will focus on executing strategic marketing initiatives, driving
brand awareness, and engaging with target audiences through digital marketing, events, and content creation.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in executing the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring our brand gains visibility and traction in the fintech, iGaming, and digital payments sectors. You will be responsible for managing multi-channel marketing activities, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, content development, and industry events. This position requires someone who is creative, analytical, and can implement campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business
    goals and growth plans.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on LinkedIn,
    industry events, and content creation to increase engagement and
    brand recognition.
  • Optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI across all
    channels.

Brand Development:

  • Assist in positioning the group companies as leaders in fintech and
    igaming through targeted marketing campaigns and consistent
    messaging.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the company and its
    group companies brands to ensure it resonates with target
    audiences.

Content Creation & Social Media:

  • Create a content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case
    studies, and customer stories to build credibility and drive lead
    generation.
  • Develop and oversee social media content, with a strong focus on
    LinkedIn, to engage B2B audiences and support business
    development.
  • Ensure content is regularly updated and consistent across
    channels, including email marketing and the website.

Events & Industry Engagement:

  • Coordinate the Group’s participation in key industry events,
    conferences, and webinars to boost brand presence and generate
    leads.
  • Work with internal teams to create event strategies that align with
    marketing goals.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and paid
    campaigns, to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Use data and analytics to track campaign performance and
    optimize future marketing activities.

Customer Insights & Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new
    opportunities and refine marketing efforts.
  • Use customer insights to develop personas and create targeted
    campaigns.

Public Relations & Communications:

  • Assist in PR efforts to gain media coverage and promote the Groups
    leadership in the fintech and iGaming sectors.
  • Support the creation of press releases and external
    communications to maintain consistent brand messaging.
