Onboarding Specialist

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and integration of our payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and integration of our payment solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, providing exceptional support and clear communication during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Operations to facilitate client onboarding and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence checks to ensure compliance with AML(Anti-Money Laundering) and regulatory standards.
  • Customise onboarding experiences based on client needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised and efficient setup process.
  • Educate clients on product features, payment incentives, and platform functionality to ensure they get the most out of solutions.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks during onboarding and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Assisting with the KYB/KYC refresh process.
  • Maintain accurate records and data management for all onboarding activities using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Provenexperience in a client-facing role, preferably in fintech, payments, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations and the ability to manage compliance tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Verification and CRM tools manage customer journeys.
  • Proactive,customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
